There’s nothing like starting your Saturday with movement, encouragement, and an amazing community! Join Coach Lisa and the FTM Wellness family for an energizing outdoor Boot Camp designed to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident—no matter your age or fitness level.
At FTM Wellness, Boot Camp isn’t just about working hard—it’s about building strength, confidence, mobility, and independence for life. Every workout is designed to help you move better, feel better, and continue doing the things you love for years to come.

Every exercise can be modified to meet your current fitness level, mobility, and experience. As you grow stronger and more confident, progressions will always be available to keep you challenged and moving toward your goals.

What to Expect
