Boot Camps

Please join me for Boot Camp! There is always plenty of fresh air, fitness, and fellowship. We meet at 8:00 am Saturday mornings in the lot at 571 N. Ola Road in McDonough. See the link below to sign up and see location details.

FTM Wellness boot camps are an in person group fitness classes that focus on overall fitness and health. All levels and age groups are welcome! The exercises can be modified based on each participant’s fitness and mobility level. As your mobility, strength, and stamina improve, there will always be modifications to challenge you.

Each workout will consist of cardiovascular training, body weight and resistance training designed to improve and strengthen your
