In person training with Coach Lisa can easily be tailored to fit your schedule. This option consists of 30-minute or 60-minute workout sessions for two, three, or four days per week depending on your goals and needs. These sessions are designed to teach proper form and technique when lifting weights and performing even the simplest movements to assure the ultimate results for you! These sessions can be in the gym, or they can come to your home or even a local outdoor area. Your commitment and effort WILL give you the results you want!
Nutritional education and meal plans are also available with this option if you choose.
