In-Person Personal Training with Coach Lisa

In-person training with Lisa Hayes Cox can easily be tailored to fit your schedule, your needs, and your goals. This option includes 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, offered 2, 3, or 4 days per week, depending on what you’re working toward.

Each session is intentionally designed to:

  • Teach proper form and technique when lifting weights
  • Improve movement quality—even in the simplest exercises
  • Help you train safely, effectively, and confidently for optimal results

Your workouts are custom-built just for YOU, based on your current fitness level, abilities, and goals—and they will evolve with you as you grow stronger.
